My classes are calm but gently warming, accessible, with intelligent movement adapted to all levels and body types.

I'm passionate about wellbeing, conscious movement and helping people feel good in their body — at any age, condition or yoga level. My goal is to guide you gently toward greater comfort, flexibility and a deep awareness of your joints and breath, without stress or pressure.

I'm a 57-year-old certified Yoga Synergy teacher (RYS – Yoga Alliance), nutritionist (Cerden), senior serial entrepreneur. I bring a creative, open-minded, and analytical spirit to every meaningful project — always focused on the purpose.
